The important bits
Terms, Conditions & Policies
Please take a moment to read our terms, school policies and late-payment policy. By paying your first invoice and attending classes, you accept and agree to all of the below.
Terms & Conditions
- Children's classes are charged in half-term blocks, usually every 6 weeks, but this may vary depending on public holidays.
- Payments must be paid before the 1st lesson of term.
- Payments must be made via bank transfer.
- Invoices are sent via email 2 weeks before the half term starts and must be paid within 14 days.
- Invoices are available at any time by contacting T's Studios.
- There are no refunds, carry-overs or credits for missed classes. If a missed class is due to circumstances within our control, an alternative lesson will be offered; if this is not possible, credit will be due.
- We reserve the right to suspend any classes until overdue payments have been made.
- If you wish to stop classes, half a term's written notice (6 weeks) is required.
- Adult classes may be charged monthly or half-termly; the same procedures apply.
- All classes must be paid in full whether you or your child attends or not.
- If a private class is cancelled on the day of the session, you will still be charged.
- Once enrolled, there is no need to enrol again unless written notice is given.
- If your child takes dance classes outside of T's Studios, T's Studios is not liable for injuries related to training elsewhere.
- By paying your first invoice and attending classes, you accept and agree to all policies, terms and conditions.
