Focused, personalised coaching — perfect for exams, competitions or building confidence.
We also run technical & commercial competition teams and selected solo/duo/trio choreography for students who want to take their dancing further.
Meet the team
Trained, qualified and industry-experienced — our teachers are here to inspire, support and bring out the very best in every dancer.
Principal & Teacher
Tia's dance journey began at the age of three, when she stepped into her first ballet class. From there she trained extensively across RAD Ballet & Pointe, Jazz, ISTD Tap, Commercial, Contemporary and Hip Hop — it quickly became clear that dance was not just a passion, but her calling.
Training rigorously with several dance schools, she earned distinctions in both RAD and ISTD examinations up to Intermediate level, performed on major platforms such as Got to Dance and competed in large-scale events including the UK Street Dance Championships. A proud graduate of Dancebox Studios & Theatre Works, she went on to achieve a UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma in Performing Arts and a UAL Level 4 Professional Dancers Diploma.
Tia has worked professionally with leading companies such as JD Sports and Heart FM, and is represented by the agency Mass Talent. Alongside running T's Studios, she continues to teach Commercial, Jazz, Tap & fitness to sixth-form and degree-level students — helping train the next generation of professional dancers.
Teacher
Millie has achieved a 1st Class BA (Hons) Degree in Dance & Performing Arts, having previously gained a Level 3 Extended Diploma in the same field. She holds high-level dance examinations in Ballet, Tap and Modern (ISTD/BBO), a Level 3 Personal Training Diploma, and is First Aid qualified.
She has performed as Dance Captain in numerous college shows and represented her college at industry events such as Move It and Can You Dance?. Earlier in her training she competed nationally and performed in theatre productions and pantomimes at Milton Keynes Theatre — including Evita, Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, Cinderella and Snow White — auditioned for a Commercial Youth Company at Pineapple Studios, and was selected as a BBO Jazz scholar in London.
Since graduating, Millie has thrown herself into teaching, taking real pride in helping students achieve their dreams. We're so lucky to have her as part of the T's Studios team.
Class groupings
Our classes are based on age — but we also look at ability, and we make sure every student is placed where they'll progress and succeed.
